We are currently seeking a [[Project Manager - Software Development]] to join our team in [[Fall Church]], [[VA]], [[USA]].
Job Responsibilities Include:
Overall management of software development projects and teams, including requirements analysis, development, deployment, O&M, security, and team/personnel supervision:
Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Oversee resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members and managers
Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 5 years management experience in the IT field
3 years supporting an O&M contract
5 year of Agile and Scrum experience
3-5 years experience managing project deliverables
Must have full US Citizenship to obtain public trust clearance.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
