Our client an excellent Commercial Construction company in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively in search of a commercial senior project manager with strong experience managing assigned projects from pre-construction, buyout, closeout and turnover to the client. Applicants will have ground up multi-million dollar project experience. This is a full time permanent staff position.
Pharmaceutical construction experience is required for consideration. Experience managing large multi- million dollar projects.

Requirements
At least eight (8) years or more of relevant construction experience
Relevant work/ project experience
Salary is open dependent experience
College Degree a plus, NOT required
