Zeno's healthcare team is searching for a Project Manager to support account teams
Key responsibilities include:

Lead operational and financial performance of Healthcare account teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes and that client requests are handled in timely and strategic fashion
Demonstrate advanced writing skills and supervise writing of others   
Supervise staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews and overseeing their professional development
Manage billing and utilization
Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills','!*!ABOUT YOU:

At least 8 years of experience in marketing/PR/advertising or relevant client service industry
Capacity to develop a deep understanding of specific client business and issues
Previous track record as a project manager, working across teams of varying sizes
Exceptionally strong writing, presentation, and project management skills
