General Summary
The Project Management team at 4DMT is seeking an Associate Director for a clinical-stage project to drive the project from early phase through commercialization. The project implements 4DMT’s proprietary AAV gene therapy to treat a rare genetic disease. 4DMT is seeking motivated, experienced, and energetic project managers that can partner with a project team leader (PTL) and work closely with the project core team including clinical, regulatory, and CMC.
Ideal candidates will exhibit strength in communication, organization, and teamwork to succeed in a role that is highly cross-functional and broadly engaged across our growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring clinical-stage project management expertise, and familiarity with the drug development process, and the ability to build and deploy tools and best practices to drive successful products to approval. The successful candidate will assist in managing the overall project timelines, risks, and communication management. The role will report to a 4DMT Project Manager who is part of the clinical-stage PM team.
The Project Management Office (PMO) contribution weighs heavily on the candidate’s knowledge of SharePoint, MS Power Automate, and MS Power Apps. Ultimately, the 4DMT team wants to shape this individual into a well-rounded Project Manager with the ability to enhance and automate our PM tools while concurrently managing a cross-functional clinical-stage team.
