Needs to have a minimum of at least 5 years' experience in the concrete industry as a Project Manager over seeing jobs with a team driven mentality. Candidates must be detail oriented and have a successful safety record on projects. Company prides itself on quality construction. Successful candidates must be able to evaluate, hire and motivate field employees to complete projects in an economical, timely, safe and successful manner.
