HVAC Mechanical Project Manager and Estimator

Profile

My client is a well known Commercial Mechanical Contracting company that is actively seeking an HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator hybrid person to oversee the mechanical construction division. The company does roughly 5 to 10 million per year and want someone who can help grow the division. Position requires someone with a 4 year engineering or construction management degree or have his degree from coming up through the ranks and doing projects! Must be able to manage the construction division as well as handling Estimating. Must handle both small projects and large projects.
