ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER
New Jersey based electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager would be responsible for supervising large commercial & industrial electrical projects. Manage staff by assigning tasks, managing the budget for a particular project and reviewing all aspects surrounding an electrical project. Working with engineers, architects, designers and contractors. Typically work in the office and travel to job sites as needed.
Plan, oversee and direct large, commercial electrical projects.
Monitor the budget, resources and all project progress.
Review all project specifications, contracts and cost estimates.
Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and execute an electrical operations project.
Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines.
Liaising with staff at every level.
Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time.
Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Sharing regular progress reports with owners and clients.
Resolving any issues or delays.
