ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing and tracking all change orders and required submittals, ensuring all project team members are kept abreast of the most current information and documentation, and distributing all project closeout requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in project related meetings to track change orders and submittals
Review, track and submit all change orders in a timely manner
Aid in estimating materials and man-hours needed for sub-contractors, suppliers, and project team members
Communicates, updates, and distributes all contract and subcontract change orders to accounting and internal stakeholders
Manages the submittal process to ensure proper product, details, and warranty criteria are accurate prior to beginning construction phases.
Obtains feedback and approval from consultants before distributing submittal information to appropriate parties
Creates, updates, and distributes all submittal logs to internal stakeholders.
Acts as the site administrator to grant appropriate permissions and access to users
Gathers and ensures all close-out documentation is complete and submitted to clients within defined timeframes.
Participates in required meetings and collaborates with project team members to ensure timely exchange of project-specific information.
Creates, manages, tracks, and distributes project closeout requirements to satisfy customer expectations.
Acts as a company liaison regarding all observed safety issues and policies.
