PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience reviewing construction project estimates & managing project budgets/ schedules.
Reviewing and preparing project proposals.
Preparing change order requests.
Schedule & coordinate sub-contractors.
Order delivery of materials and work with suppliers on scheduling deliveries.
Review project cost estimates.
Communicate regularly with clients and owner regarding project schedules, changes, etc.
