Summary:
As a project manager you will coordinate all aspects of a project for a client, from inception to go-live. This typically involves extensive interaction with sales, product & engineering teams, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a technical background is often required to manage all aspects of projects. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities is a must. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients is critical to success in this role
What You'll Do:
Work with state and payer clients to implement OpenBeds solutions from kick-off to network launch
Work with clients to drive adoption and utilization of product offerings
Facilitate onboarding of various OpenBeds solutions with provider organizations and behavioral health stakeholders in a state
Partner with internal teams to establish success metrics and track achievement of onboarding goals
Coordinate with the marketing team to support joint marketing programs to increase adoption and awareness of the program
Coordinate with implementation resources to ensure all onboarding tasks are executed successfully
Engage with the client relations team to ensure customer service issues are resolved in a timely manner
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Drive organizational best practices, techniques, and standards around Project Management
Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
What Success Looks Like...
In 3 months...
Develop familiarity with OpenBeds implementation processes
Develop familiarity with OpenBeds product solutions
Assist project management team with existing implementations
In 6 months...
Take ownership of new project implementations from kick-off to go-live
Contribute to implementation process improvement and team documentation
In 12 months...
Act as subject matter expert as it relates to OpenBeds project management
Drive process improvement changes when necessary
What You Need:
A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments
BA/BS degree preferred, related field or equivalent experience considered
3-6 years professional experience independently managing complex projects involving cross-functional internal and customer stakeholders
6 years of experience in operations/project management
Operational or client services background with Hospital & Health System experience preferred
Experience with high-growth companies a plus
Strong organizational and customer management skills
Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers
Proven willingness and ability to make positive contributions in a team environment
Proven track record of success by consistently exceeding performance metrics
Displays a high sense of integrity and respect for others
Independent worker and willingness to take action without prompting
Goal focused not easily distracted
High attention to detail
Ability to manage diverse relationships
