WANTED: A Program Management Analystto supportthe Office of Secretary of Defense for Mission Prototype Systems Supportsupport.
As a Program Management Analystyou will:
Serveas the principal high-level administrative assistant and analyst to the Director, Mission Prototype Systems Support,for all executive level correspondence, executive scheduling, official reports, quality control analysis, tracking, and prioritization and is also responsible for the Director'stravel requirements.

A week in the life of a Program Management Analyst:
Manages and maintains the Director, Mission Prototype Systems Support's daily calendar
Controls personnel access to the Director
Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other executive correspondence for signature, and plans distribution of outbound correspondence
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, letters, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Monitors incoming correspondence tracking system for actions and analyzes responses for content and distribution
Prepares responses to correspondence
Conduct quality control analysis of all Mission Prototype Systems Supportdocuments
Handles routing information requests for Mission Prototype Systems Supportinformation from other DoD offices and agencies
Handles Director, Mission Prototype Systems Supporttravel management in Defense Travel Systems (DTS))
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and e-mail
Assist with Assistant Security Representative (ASR) duties (VARs, badging, retrieving CAC's, etc.)

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree desired
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant DoD experience
Required Skills:
Must be able to work independently with little or no direction and must be an organized self-starter; exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Must be able to interact on a professional level with senior OSD leadership, customers, senior management, and co-workers)
Must be a flexible team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assist team members in an often times fast-paced environment with a positive, productive attitude.
Skilled to prioritize assignments, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
DoD Secret clearance required.
