Our client an excellent Commercial Construction company in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively in search of a commercial senior project manager for a full-time permanent staff position.
Commercial construction experience
is required
for consideration, Commercial office buildings, Academic, Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc.

Requirements
Approximately seven (7) years or more of commercial experience
Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects ~$10-40 million
Relevant commercial project experience required
Ground Up project experience
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE tristate area
