Our Client, a strong and stable GC/CM Design Build firm, is seeking a Construction A PM/Estimator
with experience on Multi-Family and Commercial projects. Qualified Candidates should have:
Experience as a Superintendent in Multi-Family, Apartments, & Mixed-use
Perform commercial and multi-family construction take-offs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in relevant industry estimating software a plus
Person of integrity and pride in work
Good with coordinating subs
Hands on & technically strong as well as strong leadership skills
Diligent in Safety procedures
OSHA certified
