Absolutely!nWhat youu2019ll learn & achieve:nThe Business Transformation Digitalization Project Manager independently plans and carries out moderate projects involving small to medium level projects to achieve stated objectives.n nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:nn Managing the implementation of small to medium projectsn Provides overall leadership and support to project team membersn Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks. Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordinglyn Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders manages stakeholdersu2019 communication and escalates accordinglyn Adheres to program and project governance (controls)n Plans the overall project and monitors the progress, and performs Daily project management throughout the projectu2019s life cyclen Coordinates the projects and their interdependenciesn Manages and utilizes resourcesn Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the projectu2019s u201coutcomeu201d with the aid of the business change managern Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practicesn Performs other duties as directed.nnWhat makes you a great fit:nn Strong project management and team leadership skillsnnn Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation nnn Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesnnn Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skillsnnn Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the momentnnn Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictabilityn Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)nnn In depth understanding of project management conceptsnnEXPERIENCEnn More than four years of project management experiencen Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Excel, Jira, Azure Devops, Clarity, )nn nEDUCATIONnBacheloru2019s degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field.  PMP, Prince 2and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required) with related hands on delivery experiencenn UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place.
