Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager familiar with Commercial or Multi-Family projects. Qualified Candidates should have:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Strong commercial construction experience: Fit Out, Renovations, Additions, Interiors, Ground Up Commercial or Multi-Family projects
Microsoft software proficient, as well as relevant construction industry software
Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
Person of integrity and pride in work
Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
Great opportunity to work on major projects!
