Profile

We are seeking a Project Administrator II for a very important client.

Team and project expense reconciliation of corporate AMEX.Coordination of special requirements for new personnel, including:
- Allocation of office accommodation, computer systems, office and mobile telephones
- Scheduling of induction training courses
- Maintaining project team records
- Other ancillary duties as required.

Technical Competencies: Experience as an Administrator supporting a project delivery environment; knowledge and/or recent hands-on experience with collaboration and scheduling tools, MS Project is preferred; Excellent documentation skills, i.e. the ability to prepare written information accurately, clearly, effectively, and succinctly for various target audiences, including business, enterprise, and technical.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Customer interaction - Phone, email and video meeting.

Customer service
Huge reporting exp - Excel and Google sheet - v-look up, formula, pivot, reporting collect reports, collect
Analyzing data is a Plus but not required

Experience: 4 - 7 years. Project team administration tasks, including:
- Financial reporting, tracking and updates
- Project reporting and updates
- Procurement, e.g. processing purchase orders, processing invoices, setting up new vendors, following up deliveries
- Preparation of customer invoices
- Manage third party equipment only projects; track deliveries, customer invoicing and revenue reconciliation
- Manage project database
- Project hand over and team meeting minutes/actions.Executive admin support, including:
- Calendar management
- Revenue reconciliation for quarter end
- Compilation of fortnight, monthly and quarterly project reporting
- Expense report preparation and filing (travel and office expenses)
