Project Management Consultant Jobs

The key responsibilities of a project management consultant consist of preparing strategies and action plans, facilitating and supporting work groups, identifying strategies for automation and implementing efficient work management process, mapping complex business processes, providing process solutions, carrying out program management working sessions and tracking revenue recognition as well as ensuring accurate invoicing. A project management consultant is responsible for preparing and managing Statement of Work, managing and minimizing customer escalations in compliance with the time schedule, participating in Quality Reviews with Sr. Management, Project Audits of peer projects and employing industry best practices and processes in project delivery.

A bachelor\'s degree along with a certified degree in Project Management Professional is required for this position. A project management consultant is responsible for project growth and maintaining long term relationships with clients and should possess good experience in handling large scale email migration project between Lotus Notes and Microsoft exchange, planning of Migration and Installation. Mail connectivity, Directory migration, Directory synchronization, User e-mail and address book migration.
