Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or any type of Engineering
Some project-based exposure to a CRE transaction; i.e. tenant build-out, building design, project management, or transactional experience in a leading or supporting role
A Project Manager at NorthPoint Development will have an internal title of 'Development Associate.'

Job Requirements:
What You ll Do
Various project level responsibilities as assigned by the DM, VPD or RVP
Review analytics to promote the team's understanding of market demand and market fundamentals including but not limited to: land values, competition, construction pricing, rents, building values, and exit caps
Preparation of internal and external presentations
Responsible for maintaining training program information
Exposure to market tours, tenant improvements, investor presentations, deal pitches and other real estate development projects
