We design and build custom properties based on the unique character of each neighborhood in order to add value to our city and preserve what makes it great.

Job Details
7 years' experience in project scheduling and using scheduling software.
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
Strong knowledge of construction for proper sequence development and logic changes.
Strong background & knowledge of high-end residential and multifamily construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with even temperament & ability to solve problems.
Strong preconstruction knowledge and ability to bid projects, while managing others.
