Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:

The Fixed Term Contract (FTC) staff will be reporting tothe Regional Controller and mostly will be supporting the Americas Projects Lead in delivering high quality Financial and Business Performance Reporting and Analysis. Will support the Americas Financial and Controls Team based in Manila in delivering significant portfolio projects and initiatives and take on improvement project and process standardization initiatives. Successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues in Reporting & Analysis (R&A) and their peers from other processes where operational excellence or data integrity impacts on the R&A delivery.

1) Budget Analysis, Tracking and Reporting

2) Support implement of approved internal/global projects/initiatives within relevant process

2) Contribute to defining and implementing standards in R&A process ensuring consistency and common approach.

3) People Metrics ( People Cost Billing Tool and Reconciliation; Organization mapping, etc)

4) Support Transformation Workgroup in monitoring Continuous Improvements, Efficiency/Growth Projects Initiatives.

5) Participate in projects assignments as required

6) Prepare ad-hoc analysis

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professiona Qualifications with 3-5 years of related working experiences.

Excellent Microsoft Apps, experience in SAP and other digital and financial tools and platform.

Project Management skills and ability to manage timely flow of business and process information to the leadership team and other stakeholders

Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Analytical, systems/process and accounting skills, with the ability to recognize underlying issues and develop appropriate resolutions

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Continuous Improvement mindset, able to identify ESSA opportunities and manage change.
