Aon is looking for an Operations Manager!Aon is seeking a goal-oriented individual who will enjoy taking the lead on complexity of handling business improvements and implementing system solutions. If you are an expert Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager or Program Manager, this might be the role for you!In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating special projects related to the improvement of the Certificate of Insurance process for Aon’s North America Commercial Risk business.What will your day look like?You will have the opportunity to:Work on operational improvement for certificates (quality and TAT) and support transformation efforts related to certificate acceleration team projectsWork with vendors to provide them data and resources to facilitate success of acceleration teamUnderstand agency management/workflow systems and key integration pointsEvaluate need for system enhancements based on feedback from process owners and operations teamsWork with advanced reporting and metrics, provide analysis and report-outBuild marketing collateral and high-level PowerPoint presentationsSupport transfer of work into service center and transition of work to offshore service providerHelp with staffing and forecasting modelsBuild and maintain project plans and perform other project tasks as assignedRequired experience for this role:5 or more years of service delivery experience, insurance experience, business systems analysis or project management experienceExperience working with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, primarily PowerPoint and WordStrong verbal and written communication skills.Experience analyzing complex issues and coming up with creative solutionsPreferred Experience: Operations or project management experienceInsurance industry experienceWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
