**Job Description Summary**
The Field Service Performance KPI Manager will develop practical and innovative ways to connect upcoming business opportunities with operational outage planning fulfillment. Providing the Regions with standard key metrics (EHS, Quality, Cost, OTD, Productivity, DOR, POR, ORR, etc) Resource utilization, tool utilization etc. to ensure efficient planning and execution of services fulfillment activities in Steam Power. Proactively monitor performance KPI for Field Service and apply Problem Solving Methodology and root cause analysis to correct adverse trends and systemic issues in collaboration with region operations teams.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Facilitate and develop global and regional Resources (including TFA and Craft) forecasts based on all available data sources including, but not limited to, NEX, FV, Primavera, one Steam ERP, historical data, and the Long-Term Outage Forecast
Driving field service consistency, execution & quality regionally/globally by leading performance audits, readiness reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) process if there are failures, financial misses, or customer issues.
Monitor Field Service performance KPI like EHS, OTD, Quality, Cost, Productivity and apply Problem Solving Methodology and root cause analysis to correct adverse trends and systemic issues.
Adept in building consensus and motivating others at all levels and across functional, cultural, geographical, and linguistic boundaries to deliver substantial business results.
Collaborate with Services CoE, Regional Resource Leadership, Commercial Ops and Finance to provide accurate estimates of Field Services KPI
Own the transfer function/relationship between upcoming outages (ST and Gen) and the associated impact on Field Resources volume
Provide key leadership within the Operations Planning process and regional ops teams
Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly sessions with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of all tactical planning needs and real-time availability of the business demand case
Develop and maintain in cooperation with the Regions and the SP IT Teams Field Service KPI Dashboards
Perform other duties as assigned
Educate and coach others on Lean philosophy and application, Teach, train, coach and mentor LEAN users in the use of Lean methodology
Travel may be required
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years applicable to Field Service experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Minimum of 8 years of specialized/ Power industry experience
**Desired Characteristics**
Master Black Belt LEAN Six Sigma certified
Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experience
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
_The salary range for this position is $_ 109,000.00 - 145,000.00 - 181,000.00 USD Annual. _The specific salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation._
