Overview
This position performs project management and coordination for approximately 200 executive-level volunteers worldwide at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. These volunteers serve as fundraising, public image, and membership experts for Rotary.  You will have the opportunity to develop and implement complex team projects, communications, and consult on change management plans. You will work closely with colleagues in the Regional Leader Support team and other departments to improve business processes that support Rotary members who are experts in fundraising, member engagement, marketing and branding, and grant projects.
You Will Have
Bachelors degree required
1-2 years experience in project management
Strong organizational skills and orientation toward collaborative-based projects and work styles essential.
Capacity to multi-task and integrate knowledge on multiple, complex projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Sharepoint) and surveying software
Proactive approach to professional development, on-the-job training, and skill enhancement
Knowledge of research and evaluation tools preferred.
You Are Good At
Managing and implementing complex projects, including managing colleagues assigned to project
Communicating effectively in writing and verbally with colleagues and volunteers
Applying formal project management methodologies and implementation
You Will Be Responsible For
Project Management and Implementation
Design and execute significant Regional Leader Support (RLS) projects, including year-round regional leader reporting and evaluation, appointments, and train participant preparation and support.
Specific responsibilities include setting up project documentation, defining success indicators and risks, identifying resource and other project dependencies, monitoring project progress, advising on communications and messaging making as-needed adjustments, closing out project, and applying learnings to future iterations and other projects.
 Serve as project support on other key projects, including regional leader training events, distance learning, communications, and senior leader engagement
Liaise with key internal stakeholders, including Information Technology and Business Intelligence Reporting to ensure regional leader access to Rotarys online tools.
Coordinate with team members and external colleagues to ensure project tasks, requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track
Oversee any team documentation and process change requests
Leads project status meetings and quarterly project mapping discussions.
 Communications
Work with Engagement Lead to critically analyze and improve communications tracks of RLS projects. Ensures team communication plans are effectively executed and supported
Draft messaging and/or develops communications for key projects.
Develop Board items as assigned
Reporting and Analysis
Implement qualitative and quantitative analysis process of regional leaders activities and outcomes  
Develop surveys and evaluation metrics for regional leaders and related constituents
Troubleshoot program requests and issues
Strategy
Collaborate with Associate Manager and Manager to critically analyze and define areas of improve in RLS projects and processes.
Consult with RLS colleagues assigned to projects to assess project process, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure deliverables are on track.
Identify opportunities to streamline and/or eliminate unneeded and/or redundant business processes.
Recommends business process improvement and enhancements to support team operations
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate internal data for regional and senior leaders.
Contribute to annual and long-range plans and goals.
Opportunity to travel to support regional leaders as appropriate.
Train and support team members
