Responsibilities
Collaborate with support leadership to help define, prioritize, and document our strategy while maintaining processes to drive accountabilities to hit our strategic support goals
Partner with the Global Readiness team to ensure projects are properly planned and prioritized
Define projects and programs and drive the priorities and standardization across our Global Support team while finding opportunities to improve communications and our team's effectiveness
Support and build cross-functional relationships with key partners across the organization, helping to motivate teams and individuals to achieve goals
Drive cross-departmental initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
Plan and execute management key meetings, all-hands meetings, company offsites, and other special projects
Partner with finance to ensure effective budget management
What are we looking for:
We are seeking a seasoned mid-career to Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple technical and non-technical programs and projects of various complexities.
Strong understanding of people, processes, and tools needed to support a highly technical Support Organization
Proven ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
Effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to achieve desired results while mitigating risks
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, procurement, and integration management
Competencies in strategic leadership, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, working toward results, and written and verbal communications
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
At least 7-11 years of Support project/program management experience
Demonstrated experience in developing detailed project plans and documentation for medium and large technical projects (
i.e.
requirements, communication plans, governance models, status reports, etc.)
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills are a must; able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
Professional certification in Program and/or Project management e.g., PMP,
PgMP
, Agile

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be
between $108,000 and $267,600 year; however, base pay offered may vary depending
on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge,
skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also
include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and
discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as
vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details
of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an
offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the
