We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and execution of Development and GMP AAV manufacturing. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Project Manager will manage a portfolio of client projects and assist the Director of Program Management to generate and implement successful manufacturing campaigns for clients. This role provides support for the facility and safety environment at the Columbus, OH facility.

What will you do?

• Plan and deliver all stages of the project within a matrix organization supporting biologics process development, analytical development, technology transfer of new products to cGMP manufacturing and process characterization activities.

• Communicate regularly with the business, technical and client teams. Track and report on critical program milestones. Report progress, issues, and risks. 
rnt
• Track the financial aspects of the project including milestone payments, pass through costs and FTE estimates to ensure that we are on time and on budget.

• Utilize project management tools and templates for use by the program teams. 
rnt
• Execute assigned tasks in alignment with the standards set forth by the PMO with a high level of client-centric focus and behavior.

• Drive progress to completion to the required standard, both internally and with the client.

The individual chosen for this position will work in close partnership with operations leadership, client relations, and the technical delivery teams, as well as external parties to support research grade and GMP manufacturing of clinical drug products. The focus of this role is to employ learned approaches to ensure Forge provides and maintains a state of the art AAV facility for pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial viral vector products for a successful client experience. This may require working in close partnership with internal and external experts to realize this goal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in science/business (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulated industry as a project manager. PMP certificate from Project Management Institute is preferred.

• Must be self-motivating, organized and proactive in order to coordinate the multi-departmental tasks and deliverables to a vertically dynamic audience.
rnt
• Strong technical aptitude including demonstrated experience in applying scientific reasoning to solve complex problems.
rnt
• Ability to work hours necessary to support production and/or product transfer activities.
rnt
• Ability to work in confined spaces and near operating equipment.
rnt
• Able to comprehend and interpret technical and business documents and apply to appropriate actions.
rnt
• Ability to work in loud noise environments and in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Clean Room gowning attire as needed.
