Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing site superintendent, current employees and subcontractors on site for the duration of their project in the Multi-Family Division.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Evaluating costs and constructibility issues in preparing estimates
Ensuring you have accurate cost estimates and timelines, including detailed descriptions of project scope
Putting together and managing schedules
Develop initial budgets and estimates with or without engineering drawings.
Oversee onsite STS personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city/county officials, and clients
Discuss Daily Safety Meeting Information
Documentation of all project progress, changes and challenges
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3 years of previous experience with podium Multi-Family projects
Familiarity with construction management software (Builder TREND, Procore)
Safety 30 (min) and First Aide Certification
