Daily Tasks include but not limited to the following: Useproject management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.
Use project management methodology and documentation to manage the project. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress.
Provide regularstatus reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.
PartnerwithBusiness Analyst to ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business owners and key stakeholders. Ensure requirements are communicated,documented, addressed, and if approved, included in future project plans.
Coordinate the creation ofend user documentation (i.e., business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, and screen designs) with Business Analyst.
Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead.
Act as facilitator and primary project manager formultipleprojects related to the OMH Business efforts;including projects related to implementation of applications or infrastructure changes.
Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months Experience as a Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for custom software development implementations.
48 Months Experience as a Project Manager managing application development projects that include commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and ensuring vendor delivers expeditious and thorough implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage and troubleshooting incidents, and testing.
48 Months Experience in managing projects involving more than one State agency.
36 Months Project Management experience implementing healthcare related projects which contain Health Care data that falls under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
24 Months Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above.
24 Months Experience managing Project Management functions in Service Now Project Management Software to update and maintain project management records, such as start/end date, estimates, cost plan, etc.
12 Months Experience with upgrading and implementing the BizTalk Server inter-organizational middleware system to facilitate communication between different software systems in an enterprise.
12 Months Experience with HL7 standards for the transfer of ADT and DFT clinical and administrative data between enterprise client and Cerner/Soarian Financials.
12 Months Experience with integrating proprietary applications with COTS solution for both real-time TCP/IP and non-real time secure ftp interfaces.
12 Months Experience integrating and implementing Enterprise SAML- compliant authentication/authorization solutions, both standard and custom, with 3rd party vendors.
