Job Summary
The Federal Project Manager will manage all aspects of internal contract deliverables at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Candidate must have a strong telecom and IT background, successful history of leading internal cross functional teams in the deployment of Ethernet/BI/Cable/Television Networks, understand Federal contracts, and extensive experience dealing with government customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for upfront engagement, collaborating directly with the overall Federal Government Program manager and the Sales Team for that specific sector of Federal (Civilian, Defense & Special Programs) segment to identify and drive new revenue opportunities. Utilizing a strong matrixed management approach, the Project Manager will be solely responsible for coordinating integration work streams aligned with the overall goals and schedule of the implementation. Job Description
Reports to the Federal Program Manager to help facilitate all aspects of award
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, Stakeholders and third parties/vendors
Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress to roll up to overall Program success and growth
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring contractual obligations to include compliance, schedule, and technical feasibility
Maintain proactive customer communication to foster a high touch relationship to include being onsite at the customer location if needed
Lifecycle Management of Government Programs and supporting contracts.
Provide project management expertise in managing Service Level Agreements and other aspects of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and the Client contractual agreement
Provide weekly status reports to customer on the services including financials, risks and risk mitigation, issues and issue management
Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and subordinate
Work with the internal **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. service delivery team to assure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner
Work with Program lead to coordinate all client communications including weekly and monthly reporting, crisis management and escalations
Maintain proactive customer communication to foster a high touch Relationship.
Develop and maintain project plans and action item lists and conduct regular customer status meetings to keep overall Program success and compliance
Schedule and lead effective team meetings which will include field, service delivery and/ or corporate resources
Successfully interact with other organizations within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to deliver seamless implementations & service to Clients
Serve as an escalation point 24/7 for production impacting incidents
Ad-Hoc report creation and distribution

Facilitate resolution of issues pertaining to contract, billing, AR, credit requests and billing disputes
Additional Requirements:
5 Years Working in the U.S. Federal/SLED environment as a Program Manager or Project Manager
Clear, concise, timely, and accurate communications (both written and verbal) with the right audience. Drives business and technical discussions.
Project Management Information System experience: Smartsheets & MS Project to name a few
Creates Project Management Plan, including project milestones/timelines, manages project hours
Runs all project-related meetings
Ensures team is committing appropriately and delivering according to commitments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government national security clearance strongly preferred.
