its ERP to Oracle 12i
and moved to XML based messaging with order processing, supply chain planning, contract manufacturers, warehouse providers, and logistics companies. The organization is using Rosettanet messaging and is experiencing XML messaging fall out / lost messages on a daily basis which impact customer satisfaction and sales confidence in the supply chain organization.
Cisco is looking to contract for a Belt Candidate / Project Manager
with deep experience in creating high quality XML messaging processes around ERP capable of achieving 4 sigma message/data quality between internal applications and supply chain partners centered on the Oracle 12i ERP system. The candidate should have prior experience in the establishment of XML data quality / center of excellence around message monitoring between supply chain business teams and IT organizations. The project manager / analyst will analyze the existing processes for loading orders into the ERP through messaging to partners (EMS and logistics) to assess the current methodology for data quality in / out of the ERP system. The Belt candidate will drive operational process improvements with supply chain, IT, and partners to resolve current defects achieving 4 sigma. In parallel they will establish ongoing processes, reports, tools, improvements to maintain the 4 sigma across the entire message environment. The project manager should have experience doing message level tracking and improvements for systems carrying loads of >5M XML messages per month across >40 external partner companies. The sustaining improvements can / should include system based data quality monitoring, end of day log file matches, auto triggers when staging tables result in failed loads, and if necessary workflow tools which monitor the message hops across the infrastructure both internally and externally.
Candidates versed in Data Warehouse Data Quality should not apply. The focus for this effort is ERP transaction data quality. SAP or Oracle experience is fine.
