As a Product Manager, you will own both leadership development and DE&I learning products, overseeing the product lifecycle and roadmap. These responsibilities include understanding the learner segments they serve, the research, planning, building, releasing, refining, and retirement of products, and collaborating across teams to bring personalized, relevant learning that our leaders need to drive innovation and outcomes across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for a focused portfolio of learning products to support both broad-based leadership development and DE&I learning across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. In this role, you will anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move projects forward quickly. You will understand the enterprise, business, and learner needs, define the product and project roadmap, take large complex business requirements and break them down into manageable projects, write functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. You will also support and guide the Leadership and DE&I Portfolio's approach to reporting and measurement. You must thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not allow ambiguity or competing priorities to hinder you. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leadership development, knowledge of fundamental DE&I concepts, data and measurement expertise, a passion for learning, and a growth mindset. To be successful in this role, you must be able to seamlessly flex between managing multiple projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and trafficking deliverables. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes, and interfacing with internal teams and external contributors. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving, strong communication skills, and data reporting and analysis skills. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Define and scope projects by working closely with instructional designers, creative services, facilitators, subject matter experts in the business, and learners to understand their needs and create clear learning objectives, outcome statements, and product plans.
Develop and manage product roadmaps that successfully deliver promised results.
Manage milestones and drive releases to on-time delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date product maintenance and refresh calendar that is responsive to the evolving needs of business and the learners.
Accelerate the shift to a rapid content development strategy by modifying the existing content development process to leverage agile development methods.
Define and scope the portfolio's approach to reporting and measurement, with an emphasis on level three and four data.
Maintain a dashboard of all products, including health metrics, backlog items, and outcome tracking for visibility across the organization.
Provide stakeholder communications for all products.
