Job Description:
Accountabilities:
• Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to deliver large-scale programs and initiatives
• Lead others to drive ongoing program improvements, projects, based on agreed priorities and/or integrated process plan
• Provide leadership, expertise, and technical/operational guidance to the parties involved
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, as well as balance business needs versus constraints
• Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones and completion dates
• Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestones
• Participate in cross-functional reviews in order to share best practices and/or lessons learned within the program’s scope.
• Monitor status of all projects within the own pipeline and ensure corrective actions/escalations are followed through
• Independently identify problems (i.e. system incompatibility, resource unavailability, established process gap, etc.) and escalate them, before they become large-scale risk. Participate in collaboration
for short term solve, until process improvement is implemented.
• Establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external business partners
• Assess and define customer value or impact and criteria for measuring project success
• Collaborate with stakeholders on design of new solutions that enhance business value and achieve established goals
• Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all projects by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs
• Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, management, business or finance related field
• Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of Project Management principles, methods and techniques
• Knowledge of solution development lifecycle
• Knowledge of Business Management principles, methods and techniques
• Self-motivated, results oriented person with a proven track record of on-time project/program delivery for cross-functional projects with minimal supervision/direction
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in relevant project management software
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead efforts to meet aggressive
timelines with optimal solutions
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal listening, communicating, influencing and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
• Strong technical and business aptitude
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects, roles and responsibilities
• Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion
• Must have a rigorous approach to problem solving and analytics, as well as produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data
