Enterprise Technology Services & Operations Management (ETSOM) is responsible for secure and reliable operations of all common Enterprise IT services. Within ETSOM, Identity & Security SOM is responsible for Identity, Access & Security related services to Shell users, business partners and Shell clients. I&S is a highly dynamic and motivated global group (60-70 FTE) of IT professionals.
This role of Service Integration Manager for the Third Party Access (TPA) Service specializing in third party company & identity management and providing access solutions for Non-Shell users. The TPA Service is providing controlled and restricted access to any external and/or Joint Venture user to Shell data, resources, servers and/or applications. This is primarily done via SIMAAS (PINGID) authentication, Citrix solution (R-DTAO) and/or network-based (VPN) solutions.
What’s the role?
The Service Integration Manager – TPA is responsible for managing the delivery of the day-to-day E2E operations of the TPA service, acts as the main focal for consultation with the businesses on Third-Party Access requests.
The Service Integration Manager – TPA is also responsible for:
Facilitating on-going business emergency requests, escalations and actions needed for Third Party related to specific situations or Service at Risk.
Ensuring compliance and effective controls across the board for TPA.
Lead TPA Forum connects with all line of businesses.
Face-off for audit (SIA / External audit)
Ensuring financial recovery of TPA service
Liaise with ITSO Demand and Planning Management resources to ensure that proper funding and business agreements are in place
Performing supplier management for TPA request management activities.
Monthly service review for partially outsourced operations
Working closely together with other SOM organizations (Connectivity SOM and Productivity SOM) that are needed to deliver the TPA service
Technical consulting on network designs and firewall rules changes.
Technical consulting on Citrix and application scripting.
Working closely together with Domain Natural Team, portfolio management, Architecture, Access Centre of Excellence, IRM, Cyber defence etc.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise support for new “Service Development” projects, landscape reviews and assessments
Working on enhancements (continuous improvement) to TPA service (e.g., improving the ServiceNow catalogues and workflows)
Translating business requirements for services and embedding the “voice of the customer” into the TPA service
What we need from you
Next to your IT technical skills, it’s your personal skills, communication skills experience in IAM, IT Operations, and IT security that will make all the difference in this role.
You’ll need to be a proactive problem solver and strong communicator as you’ll need to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders in IT and the business. This role is a hands-on role which requires a can-do-mentality to get things done.
You’ll need to lead through influence and relationship building rather than through a hierarchical structure. You’re self-motivated – and able to motivate others, working across organizational boundaries.
To be effective in this role, you need to have:
Significant corporate experience in IAM, operating ITIL processes for Business-Critical services
Knowledge of or experience with:
Identity & Access Management (IAM) and related systems such as MIM (Microsoft) and Identity Provider (OpenText)
Managing Internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Third Party, JVs, NOVs companies and identities)
Related services such
Citrix
Active Directory,
Restricted Desktop Anywhere (R-DTAO),
O365/SharePoint,
SIMAAS (PingID),
Palo Alto, CheckPoint and Cisco network
Knowledge of Infrastructure landscapes including underlying infrastructure applications and services
Experience with / knowledge of operating IT Controls execution, Information Risk management, Compliance and Security
Experience with / exposure to IT Audit (both internal and external), coordination and quality reviews of audit evidence
Demonstrate strong Supplier Management skills
Influence others and work through others to deliver the desired results
Be able to work under pressure, deliver solutions fast, but to quality standards and in a compliant way
Ideally you also have:
a security or audit related qualification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIA) and/ or other industry certification in infrastructure / technical areas preferred (i.e. Cisco CCNP/CCNA)
knowledge of or exposure on external IT security standards, such as COSO, ISO 27001 plus related legal compliance aspects, such as privacy.
