Aon Is Looking for an International Wealth Actuarial Associate As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our International Retirement & Investment business group. This role can be worked remotely/virtually from anywhere in the Continental United states. Your Impact as an International Wealth Actuarial Associate Job Responsibilities:Manages and supports complex projects for clients and supports growth of existing client relationships.Uses analytical and communication skills to assist multinational organizations in managing their retirement plans globally, including pension accounting, retirement plan management and financing.Acts as a project manager or supporting colleague on multiple client accounts.Coordinates client team(s) and assignment(s) in an oversight/review/quality assurance capacityCommunicates effectively in most client situations (with key day-to-day contacts within Finance and HR function).Supports, and may proactively contribute to, new initiatives and business development efforts as they become available.Uses discipline specific best practices.Uses International Wealth delivery models, tools and resources.Understands new market developments and how to recognize these issues in the client situationAble to collaborate effectively; delegates deliverables appropriately within client team(s) You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:5 years of experience within retirement/benefits consultancyWillingness to take on new challenges and to learn new concepts quicklyOutstanding communication skills with colleagues and clientsExcellent actuarial technical skills, including experience with US GAAP pension accounting standardsShould have obtained and/or be working towards qualification with Society of Actuaries (FSA or ASA) or a similar actuarial designation Preferred Experience:Prior experience working with multinational companies Education:Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related degree or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
