A leading semi state organization is looking to recruit a Commercial and Planning Manager for a Dublin based role. The ideal candidate will have a background within rail and infrastructure projects. It is an ideal fit for those who wish to work on large scale rail and infrastructure projects from Dublin. This client offers a 36 hour working week.
The role is best suited to those who meet the following criteria:
Quantity Surveyor, Engineering or Architecture background
Civil Engineering exposure to major rail projects
Cost management focused
Familiar with planning regulations within rail projects
15 years plus civil engineering project management experience with a commercial bias
Dublin based or happy to attend site and office on a regular basis
Full Driving Licence
Available to start with 1 months notice max
EU citizen
As this is a contract role it is not available to those who require work permits.
