Responsibilities
The Senior Process Improvement Professional for Contractor Workforce/Contingent Labor is the subject matter expert for Contractor Workforce / Contingent Labor in Human Resources. You'll research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and processes. This role collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity and reduced cost relative to Contractor Workforce/Contingent Labor. You'll influence the organization's strategy on Contractor Workforce/Contingent Labor. You'll have the opportunity to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives, approaches to assignments, and project components. Some of the specific duties and roles you'd play include:
SME for Contractor Workforce/Contingent Labor and a centralized resource for areas leveraging contingent labor
Key Consultant with other Humana teams and functions, relative to contractor workforce/contingent labor, including Legal, BLG, Shared Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Associate Relations, Fieldglass Admin Team, Enterprise Category Management, and Leaders when involved in identifying risk, identifying the correct contractor workforce/contingent labor solution.
A Core Member of various internal initiatives, projects and programs leveraging strong contractor workforce/contingent labor knowledge
An active partner with IT Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and the Managed Services Provider (Volt) to advise on contingent labor processes and issue mitigation.
The point-person regarding contractor workforce/contingent labor integration for mergers and acquisitions.
The HR liaison for Fieldglass Admin team, HR4U and external vendor partners
A key broker for supplier and vendor relationships and negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or in HR concentration
5 or more years of Contractor Workforce/Contingent Labor, Human Resources or related experience
Previous experience working with or handling HR policy, implementation and protocol to leverage Leader conversations
Demonstrated emotional intelligence working with various confidential information
Demonstrated Project Management experience
Strong consultation and negotiation abilities evidenced by previous experience in these areas
Strong organization and attention detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross functionally
The ability to navigate relationships and represent as a subject matter expert on contractor workforce/contingent labor with key enterprise leaders
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Demonstrated ability to determine ,review and interpret contracts to align the appropriate business segments
Previous experience with HR platforms and databases( Oracle, Fieldglass, Workday)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Project Management Certification
SHRM Certification
