Description

The Technology and Cybersecurity Compliance Professional 2 designs, maintains and oversees cybersecurity and technology assurance work across Humana to ensure that appropriate security controls, standards, and policies are implemented and upheld to account for technology and cybersecurity risks. The Technology and Cybersecurity Compliance Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Humana's Identity & Access Management Risk team is highly collaborative and moves fast on identifying and addressing IT risks. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to continuously learn and work in a dynamic environment, with a focus strengthening our internal control structure. Preferred experience with project management is desired, along with exposure to Internal Audit, SOX, SOC1, SOC2, HiTrust, etc.

The Technology and Cybersecurity Compliance Professional 2 works with relevant stakeholders to ensure Humana's information security systems and procedures are in compliance with regulatory standards, industry practices, and Humana's established security controls. Develops and oversees the technology and cybersecurity compliance initiatives, programs, and projects for Humana. Ensures Humana and IT equities and groups are kept up to date with compliance policies. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Requirements


Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and less than 5 years of technical experience
Excel, PowerBI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, and other applications (as needed)
Data research and analysis, risk assessments and reporting
Metrics and report development experience
Strong technical understanding of assets, threats, vulnerabilities, and security control
Familiarity with risk management methodologies and frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Including an understanding of risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk monitoring

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
