Our pharmacy segment is growing and we are looking for motivated individuals who want to help us achieve our goals and project objectives. Humana Pharmacy is seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate project management for Humana Pharmacy Dispensing & Retail.
The pharmacy area is experiencing high growth, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to participate in expansion efforts while continuing to provide an exceptional customer experience. As an IT Project Manager, you will be collaborating with operational partners, enterprise IT teams and vendors to achieve project success. As an essential team member, the Project Manager will design, communicate, and implement a plan to complete projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve problems and minimize delays. Key to this role is the ability to communicate well with various levels of team members including leadership. Successful candidates will possess the ability to guide others through decision making process, identify risks and communicate them appropriately to stakeholders and collaborate across various teams driving others to meet project objectives and milestones.
Day to day, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT moderately complex to complex projects. This project manager will:
Collaborate with Pharmacy Engineering, enterprise IT teams and other cross functional groups to achieve project success.
Actively manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate risks.
Gain understanding of system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Oversee the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and set strategies and lead program execution to deliver longer term business value.
Learn department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Follow established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or a related field
2-5 years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ability to build partnerships across varying functional areas
Ability to create/maintain project plans, and required project artifacts
Travel to Pharmacy or business locations 10-20%
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience with business intelligence and reporting projects/tools
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
Knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities.
Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
SAFE/Agile Certification
Experience in Agile/SAFE is a plus.
Experience in the health solutions industry or manufacturing industry
