Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develops budgets, timelines and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience. This role will strategically support the Advertising Customer Experience team with end-to-end management of cross-functional works. The Sr. Project Manager will also coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and executive leadership within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. This individual must have the ability to confidently manage a large portfolio of projects simultaneously from inception to deployment / sustainment and evaluation. Core Responsibilities


Works with various senior managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.

Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of tailored services; negotiates contract terms and conditions.

Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.

Maintains project reports and distribution of project timelines.

Instructs team on project-specific assignments.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $85,410.20 USD-$200,180.15 USD
