: $60 - $75 / hour
Looking for a versatile Project Manager who can handle a variety of projects. Strong PM who is a self-starter and can do vendor and stakeholder management in stressful situations. Needs to have experience in SAP/Ariba but not limited to this.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with team members/stakeholders to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven working experience in full cycle project management, methodologies and frameworks with at least 10 years
Self starter, ability to quickly assess projects and understand in what phase a project is in
Team player, must have experience working with global teams
Proven work experience and ability to manage 1-4 projects concurrently
Proven work experience with vendor management
Proven working experience in IT services (OT is a plus)
Proven transitional project experience in infrastructure, back end services, network and security services
Ability to interact/interface between architects, engineers, developers (in house and external) and client
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and other project tools, better than average Excel
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
(must have full knowledge of PMP processes and methodologies and well as best practices.)
Planview experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is a major plus
