Description
Humana's Service Fund team is looking for a Project Manager II to join working remote anywhere in the US or in Louisville, KY. If you are located within a 50-mile radius of the Louisville Waterside Humana office (101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202) this role will resume as a hybrid of remote and in-office work once CDC restrictions have lifted.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager II you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Projects will include Cloud migration and web enhancements for Service Fund team.
Key Role Functions
Design, communicate, collaborate and implement an operational plan for completing the project
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Identify, develop and gather the resources to complete the project
Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project to leadership and stakeholders, both business and IT
Set priorities, allocate tasks and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or coordinating multiple medium to large scale projects
Comprehensive Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Knowledge of or exposure to Microsoft Project

Work-At-Home Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Service Fund and/or operations experience
Experience managing large multi-year projects
Previous Cloud or API exposure
Covid-19 Vaccine Policy
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
