Job Details
Order assistance and acquire project materials and products in conjunction with the construction schedule and phasing.
PM shall be able to read and interpret, design, and construction drawings.
Meet and communicate project scope, requirements, installations to all project trades.
The candidate is to possess proficient verbal and written communication skills.
PM Shall be able to perform take-offs from drawings to estimate and accurately order material quantities for projects.
Understand Project Schedules and the Critical Path of Construction, benchmarks, and various project phases.
The candidate is to possess proficient verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Word and Excel.
PM shall possess proficient knowledge and utilization of construction management software systems. (EX. -Gantt Chart applications.)
