Description

Humana is seeking a Senior Strategy Advancement Professional to join the Corporate Marketing team supporting Wellness programs. This is a remote role working anywhere in the US, however, this individual will need to be available during Central or Eastern Standard Time business hours. As the Senior Marketing Strategy Advancement Professional, you will provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities as well as business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Marketing Strategy Advancement Professional you will also lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. You will bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on Wellness Organization and Marketing needs and external data analysis. Additionally, you will ensure that team processes and procedures align with corporate and organizational vision and work with Wellness Marketing leadership team and business stakeholders to ensure team is on track with marketing plans in alignment with strategy. In this role, you will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Role-specific actions include:


Integration and cross-team coordination with Wellness Digital Team, Analytics Team, Hive, Wellness Business Squads, Vendors
Lead cross-functional planning to ensure alignment and preparedness across multiple stakeholders
Assist in the coordination of marketing activities across Wellness, including marketing calendars and dashboards
Lead call center and marketing operational alignment activities
Represent Wellness Marketing in select projects and innovation initiatives (e.g. Communication Hub, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMDM and other data enhancements)
Establish processes and procedures for interaction w/ key biz functions
Ensures flawless execution of marketing and related initiatives


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of experience preferably in project management and/or marketing
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Strong track record of leading successful projects across business groups (marketing, call centers, data and analytics teams, etc.)
Experience with project management tools and processes for marketing teams
Familiarity with consumer marketing processes, operations and tactics
Interest or familiarity with corporate Wellness market
High level of aptitude with managing creating actionable reporting
Able to maintain a multi-project budget

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
