Now hiring a Project Manager for direct-hire in Louisville!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for direct-hire placement for a well established National General Contractor specializing in multifamily housing, senior living as well as commercial retail building.
Duties:
-Compile and plan budgets along with cost and financial estimates
-Ensure all legal/requirements/regulations, city guidelines, inspections are met
-Keeps project on budget
-Order and manage equipment and materials
-Plan budgets, cost and financial estimates
Annual salary is $80,000-90,000 per year. If interested, please apply today!-5 years of commercial construction experience in Multifamily/Senior living
-Proficient in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings
-Ability to create and organize timelines, budgets, and schedules
-Experienced in Microsoft applications and project management software
-Through knowledge of commercial construction cost, methods and implementation
-Bachelor's degree or related field experience #CBC
