The client I am currently working with are an Off-Site Construction Designer and Manufacturer. They have been operating for 10 years, although the Directors all have over 25 years' experience in the modular off-site construction industry. They have a growing reputation in the market place with projects ranging from £200k to £3.5m and operate nationally throughout the UK. Areas of expertise are Education, Healthcare, Rail, Commercial and Off-Site Housing solution to compete with the demands of the Off-Site Housing market.

This principal contractor offers high end design & manufacturing services within the modular construction industry & due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a project manager with experience in various sectors of construction, & someone that can meet the higher demand and take them to the next stages of success.

The Role:
- Running processes on site & planning the works - Client facing role - Liaising with client / contracts manager on a regular basis - Client interaction and looking after onsite team and processes - Receiving work from client - Planning and communicating with client to ensure processes are correct - If works aren't going as plan, need to be able to explain why this is the case. - Oversee quality of documentation, ensure processes are running correct
- 1 year FTC (opportunity for extension or perm placement) The Person:
Overall project delivery, on time, in full with zero defects
Ensuring customers are delighted with our service and feed this back to M-AR
Achieving project delivery on budget
Issuing weekly project updates to the HoO
SMSTS & CSCS
Modular background REQUIRED
Educational construction background ideal
5 years in project management
