you are awarded a 2 year contract to supply/deliver, construct, test and
commissioning of an apartment/condominium near your hometown. Construct &
elaborate project and financial plan to illustrate your preparation of material and
manpower delivery plan comprehensively. Discuss the project procurement planning.
You and your team are required to
Present a 3000 words detailed report (i.e. purpose of activity, activity sequencing,
period, start/finish time, testing and commissioning) including the followings:
 Introduction: Description of the company, nature of business, list of past
awarded projects, etc.
 Project details: Description, purpose, duration, location, etc.
 Project selection model: Financial model or scoring model in calculation.
 Project scope management: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in diagram.
 Planning & control cycle: Activity sequencing with a master Gantt chart
integrating all relevant works schedule.
 Project scheduling: Describe the relationship might exist between activities
sequencing above.
 Network diagram: Construct the diagram and identify the critical path.
 Task duration: Expand diagram above with task duration.
 Procurement: Process cycle and analysis with schedule bar chart.
 Resource estimation: Costing with quantity of materials, machineries and
manpower and resource histogram.
 Cash flow statement: Construct a table.
 Risk management model: Approach to be taken for risk management.
 Project quality: Approach to control a project quality.
 Organisation structure: WBS/OBS matrix in diagram.
A master Gantt chart integrating all the following works schedule (i.e. civil,
mechanical, electrical).
i. Setup/Clearing Work.
ii. Supply/Delivery of Material/Manpower.
iii. Construction/Installation Work.
iv. Testing/commissioning Work.
