As a leader in LGA, you will build and manage our operations team of high-performing FTEs that work across all legal, government affairs and global impact functions within LGA to build solutions and infrastructure that help enable scale and efficiency in the delivery of LGA programs and services. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a diverse team that gets things done and makes a difference.You are polished and detail oriented, able to manage multiple fast-moving projects and a geographically diverse team, while still being strategic and consultative. You bring your can-do attitude and service mindset.u00A0ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement best practices to improve department efficiency and productivity with focus on the highest priority/ROI programs and initiativesu00A0Identify in partnership with our IT & Solutions team, department technology initiatives (from design to implementation), including but not limited to: knowledge management, contract management, and matter managementManage department infrastructure (systems administration, records and template management, etc.)Partner with LGA management team to prioritize and resource appropriately, including leveraging lower-cost outsourcing and offshoring opportunitiesManage projects that have significant impact across the Splunk organizationTake a continuous improvement approach to our LGA team and the business; Identify areas where improvements can be madeu00A0Assist in other ways as required, including owning or supporting ad-hoc strategic projectsQualificationsYou have:Bacheloru2019s degreeAt least fifteen (15) years of experience in legal or business operations and eight (8 ) years of management experienceAt least eight (8) years of project or business management experience in a major law firm, sophisticated in-house legal department, or consulting firm where you have worked closely with legal professionalsExperience in a Legal Operations, Strategic Operations or Chief of Staff or similar role influencing senior executives strongly preferredStrong experience managing large teamsExemplary project management, communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact and build trust across all levels of our business. Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to ensure accountability in others.Ability to take initiative, make key decisions and work both independently and within a team. You will prioritize and balance multiple tasks in our dynamic, evolving environmentStrong business sense with a strategic outlook and an interest in working with a fast moving, dynamic and friendly teamExpertise in project management and legal operations software, office tools (Microsoft Office, G Suite), and collaboration toolsWe value diversity at our company.
