Summary
Cabinet project/account management. Oversee and document all aspects of a project serving the needs of the customer/builder. Utilize and uphold established processes to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and tracking for successful completion.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Measure and layout jobs onsite with the contractor/builder/customer
Create and maintain project schedules with customers and installers to ensure successful completion
Coordinate with sales, production and purchasing to make sure project is on schedule and all materials are ordered
Ensure projects progress as planned, complete on time, and finish according to quality standards
Bridge the gap between departments; ensure communication is thorough so projects stay on course
Create punch list and coordinate with the installer, shop manager and customer to bring project to a close
Ensure cabinetry installation meets the high quality standards of the company
Communicate concerns with upper management that could potentially impact clients
Work with management team to develop and maintain like processes
Cultivate existing relationships and discern opportunity for new business
Utilize established processes and organizational systems
Qualifications
Strong people skills and leadership capabilities
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
Project Management Professional Certification and/or college degree preferred
Manufacturing and/or Cabinetry experience preferred
