This firm is looking for Project Manager Construction & Tenant Services. Responsible for managing portfolio in New England- shopping center renovations and new tenant retail delivery.

We are partnered with an industry leading firm in the operation, ownership, and redevelopment of high-quality retail-based real estate. Projects include redevelopment, property management, and acquisitions. They turn commercial real estate into high-end destination retail centers across New England.
Description
The Project Manager-Construction & Tenant Services will be responsible for:
Managing outside vendors
Ensure the lease language and terms of delivery are achievable, and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Ensure coordination of all assigned projects with internal departments, consultants, tenants and third party managers.
Provide pre-development input of construction techniques, job costs and schedules.
Provide oversight for value engineering and pre-development projects.
Assist with construction documents, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate plans, specs, and bids
Negotiate construction scope, fees, and contracts.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from start to finish
Troubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise
Deliver project warranties and closeout documents
Profile
The successful Project Manager- Construction & Tenant Services will have:
Ideally 7 years of project management and tenant coordination experience
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and communication skills
Experience with redevelopment and retail properties
Proven proficiency in reading and understanding construction documents, cost estimating, and project design
Experience in reading and understanding civil, architectural, and MEP drawings
Ability to perform financial analysis/reporting of construction costs
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
PMP and LEED AP preferred
Job Offer
The Project Manager- Construction & Tenant Services will receive:
Strong Base Salary of up to $140k (depending on experience) plus 15% bonus
