Responsible for coordinating a cross-functional team that will plan, execute, and close projects within budget, schedule, and quality constraints. Communicate project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders and provide regular reports to the Program Manager. This role, with the assistance of the cost analyst role, will identify and manage scope variations, both commercially and operationally, and identify and mitigate emergent risks. Collaborate with internal and external teams such as purchasing, finance, and operations to drive demand, manage logistics, and achieve operational project goals while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.
Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSSE policies and Safety Management Systems.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve project goals.
Manage project risk and identify and mitigate emergent risks.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and provide regular project performance reports to Program Manager.
Coordinate and manage project logistics, including the delivery of project equipment
Drive demand for goods and services, administer quotations, MOCs, and VO's, and raise purchase requisitions.
Ensure the operational availability of equipment and spare parts and manage the inventory of all delivered materials.
Administer installation and commissioning data and equipment handovers into the asset management cycle.
Record critical operational data such as HSSE statistics, critical-path/NPT hours, on-time delivery measurements, and KPI data.
Generate gate I handover packages and conduct reviews with relevant LoF stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, finance, and operations, to achieve project goals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and measure and improve customer satisfaction.
Minimum Job Requirements:
5 years previous experience managing projects and delivering them within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.
Excellent communication skills to convey project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders and provide regular reports to the Program Manager.
Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, and managing scope variations, both commercially and operationally.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams such as purchasing, finance, and operations to drive demand, manage logistics, and achieve operational project goals.
Experience in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSSE policies and Safety Management Systems.
Education: A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
