Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

Based in the Austin area, we are a locally owned and operated construction company with a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. We are looking to add a skilled Superintendent with commercial project and tilt wall experience to our growing team.
If you have at least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent on tilt wall construction projects please read below.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing supplies, ordering job site materials/equipment, and coordinating deliveries as needed
Manages all field work for small, medium, and large commercial and industrial projects
Responsible for leading subcontractor and pre-construction meetings
Coordination with Project Managers on project timelines, budgets, schedules, and progress
Conduct job site reviews and walk throughs
Manage, review, and distribute necessary project documents including safety and incident reports, inspections, material requests and delivery, and look ahead reports.
Work directly with various trades to ensure project scope, timelines, and milestone dates are being met.
Ensure project safety and efficiency at all times
Job Requirements:
3 years of tilt wall construction experience
Proven leadership experience on previous job sites
Experienced with commercial or industrial project build outs
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to travel locally and regionally when needed
